Eva Longoria for Preference by Loreal

IMTA alum Eva Longoria is starring in a new national commercial for the cosmetic giant Loreal. She just tweeted the following: "Shooting Preference by Loreal today. Love this job!"

Eva Longoria came to IMTA in 1998 where she amazed the judges with her dazzling talent and gorgeous look. She moved to Los Angeles soon after IMTA, and landed spots on 90210 and General Hospital. With her incredible talent, she also joined the cast of The Young and the Restless. In 2004, she became the nation's favorite housewife on Desperate Housewives and is in her last season in her role as Gabrielle.

Sean William Scott starring in American Reunion!

The new trailer for American Reunion is out now (warning: some adult material and themes) and Seann William Scott resumes his role as the lovable Stifler! This film catches up with the American Pie gang ten years later for their high school reunion.

Seann William Scott competed at IMTA in 1995. Casting Director Patrick Baca encouraged Seann to compete at IMTA to showcase his talent. Seann signed with a manager at the Convention and flew immediately to New York to audition for the soap opera All My Children. Although he wasn’t cast on the soap, the break-through role of Stifler in the hilarious American Pie movies catapulted Seann's career into the hemisphere. He co-starred with fellow IMTA Alum Ashton Kutcher in the cult classic Dude, Where is my Car?, voices the character Crash in Disney's popular animated Ice Age movies, and starred in the #1 hit film The Dukes of Hazzard with fellow IMTA alum Jessica Biel. His string of hits also includes Role Models, Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back, Old School, Cop Out, and Balls Out: Gary the Tennis Coach.

IMTA's Wendi Motte as Helen Keller!

IMTA alum Wendy Motte is portraying Helen Keller in the play The Miracle Worker! According to her official website: "Wendi Motte portrays the Legendary Helen Keller in the renowned story of "The Miracle Worker"....It is an extreme honor for Wendi Motte, Age 11 to play this phenomenal breakthrough role. Wendi will be performing under the stage production of a well known and respected Carol Jean Delmar Production. Ms. Delmar is a Los Angeles theater and opera critic."Wendi competed at IMTA in 2007 where she won many awards including Child Model of the Year Award! She also won the Swimwear, Runway and Fashion Print Competitions for her division and Honorable Mention for Child Actor of the Year. Since competing at IMTA, she has appeared in national commercials for: Burger King, Moxie Girlz, Time Warner Cable, Regional Academy Sports and Outdoors, International Claire's Accessories print and online campaign and Target Ads. She is currently in post-production on the film Eye of the Hurricane.

Katie Holmes is the New Face of H. Stern Jewelry!

IMTA alum Katie Holmes is the new face for the luxury jewelry company H. Stern in a gorgeous print ad campaign. She looks stunning modeling pieces from the high end jewelry line. She is also starring in the new hilarious movie Jack and Jill which is in theaters now!

Katie competed at IMTA in 1993 and 1995! Her incredible talent and natural charm have won her starring roles in movies such as The Romantics, with IMTA alums Elijah Wood,'89 and Josh Duhamel, '97, Pieces of April, Batman Begins, The Extra Man, The Gift and The Son of No One which premiered at the Sundance Film Festival and received critical acclaim. Katie is currently working on a film called Responsible Adults!

Brock Ciarlelli and Moises Arias on The Middle!

Did you see IMTA alums Brock Ciarlelli and Moises Arias on TV show The Middle on the episode called The Map? Brock plays a recurring role as Brad Bottig, the boyfriend of Sue, one of the main characters. Moises guest-starred as Matt in a new storyline about Brad joining the high school wrestling team where Sue is a cheerleader.

Brock competed at IMTA in New York City in 2007! Moises competed at IMTA in 2005 and is best known for his role as Rico in the hit family show Hannah Montana! You can hear Moises Arias as the voice of a character in the exciting new animated film The Secret World of Arrietty.

IMTA Alum Sean Faris in Lost for Words!

IMTA Alum Sean Faris (NY 99) is now shooting in Hong Kong for the romance LOST FOR WORDS! Check out The Hollywood Reporter article for more details on this exciting project.

Sean competed at an IMTA Convention in New York in 1999. When asked about his experience at IMTA, he has famously said,"I already had agents wanting to meet me and I hadn't even gotten my luggage yet!" Sean met and signed with Dino May Management and began starring in television and feature film projects. You may have seen Sean in Fox's REUNION, ABC's LIFE AS WE KNOW IT, The CW's THE VAMPIRE DIARIES or in the feature films, YOURS, MINE AND OURS, SLEEPOVER and FOREVER YOUNG.

Sean was also recently announced to be the lead in the remake of BONNIE AND CLYDE.

IMTa's Olivia Stuck Update!

Olivia Stuck competed at IMTA in Los Angeles in 2008 where she won numerous awards. She relocated to the West Coast where she has appeared in multiple impressive projects. She co-starred in The Princess and the Pony, which is available on DVD and Netflix. She also co starred in: The Age of Reason, Kate So Far, Edwin & Rebecca, and The Third Wheel. She has done national commercials for Samsung, Lala Loopsie, Little Caesars, and Oreck.

Olivia is currently on location in Las Vegas for the new TV Series Jadagrace. She recently finished the feature film Sighting which is scheduled to be released this spring. At the age of 6, Olivia began her acting career with StarBound Entertainment Group in Toledo, OH. where she found her love for acting, dancing, and singing.

Americus Abesamis Update!

IMTA alum Americus Abesamis just booked a Canadian commercial for Subaru Canada and booked two national commercials for Jim Beam and Toro Lawnmowers! He co-starred in Disney's XD Kickin It, Shake It Up, How I Met Your Mother, and the ABC upcoming series Don't Trust The B***h in Apt 23. Americus recently finished filming the movie Little Boy in Mexico. The photo of Americus above is from the on-location shoot.

Americus competed at IMTA in 1999 and 2000! He has gone on to do many national and international ad campaigns including Volkswagen. Americus shared with us at IMTA the following: "I have been in the entertainment business for almost 20 yrs now. I started with the IMTA in 1999. IMTA honed my acting skills and learned the business of acting. I have worked in TV, film, commercials, music videos, and live events. I have traveled around the world and enjoyed working in front of the camera. More is yet to come..."

IMTA Awards Party with Special Guest Sir Castanon!

Sir Castanon rocked the house tonight at IMTA! The L.A. Award's Party was so much fun! We had Awards, Special Presenters, the performances by Sir Castanon, plus live remote interviews and dancing! What a night!

Miles Heizer in Parenthood Tonight!

IMTA alum Miles Heizer's hit show Parenthood is returning tonight on NBC! The show is now it's third season. The episode airing tonight is called Road Trip. Miles portrays Drew Holt in the family based drama.


Miles won Pre-Teen Male Model of the Year and First Runner Up for Pre-Teen Actor of the Year at IMTA in 2004! It was his success at the Convention that led to the family’s decision to relocate to Los Angeles, where he signed with the Stein Entertainment Group. His first roles included a guest-starring role on CSI:Miami, followed by a starring role in the short film Paramedic, and guest-star turns on the hit TV shows, such as Bones, Ghost Whisperer, ER, Private Practice and Shark. Miles co-starred in the dramatic feature film Rails and Ties with Kevin Bacon. Miles is in pre-production on his latest project, Child P.O.W.
