IMTA alum Moises Arias is voicing a character in the exciting new film "The Secret World of Arrietty". According to IMDB: " The film is directed by Hiromasa Yonebayashi and features the voices of Bridgit Mendler (Good Luck Charlie: The Movie), Amy Poehler (Parks and Recreation,Alvin and the Chipmunks: Chip-Wrecked), Carol Burnett (Glee,Desperate Housewives), Will Arnett (Arrested Development, Up All Night), David Henrie (Wizards of Waverly Place), and Moises Arias (Hannah Montana). Synopsis: Residing quietly beneath the floorboards are little people who live undetected in a secret world to be discovered, where the smallest may stand tallest of all. From the legendary Studio Ghibli (“Spirited Away,” “Ponyo”) comes “The Secret World of Arrietty,” an animated adventure based on Mary Norton’s acclaimed children’s book series “The Borrowers.” Opens in theaters on February 17th, 2012."
Moises competed at IMTA in Los Angeles in 2005 with his brother Mateo. Shortly after IMTA, Moises got his break with appearances on Everybody Hates Chris and The Suite Life of Zack and Cody before landing the role of Rico on the hit show Hannah Montana! He made his feature film debut in 2006 starring in Nacho Libre opposite Jack Black. He competed at the 2008 Disney Channel Games with fellow IMTA alumni, Alyson Stoner and Kunal Sharma. He also starred in the films Hannah Montana The Movie, The Perfect Game, Beethoven's Big Break and Dadnapped!
