Adrianne Palicki in Coffee Town!

IMTA alum Adrienne Palicki will be the female lead in the feature film Coffee Town! According to Variety, "Adrianne Palicki is set to join Glenn Howerton in the CollegeHumor pic Coffee Town. Brad Copeland (Arrested Development) is writing and and making his feature directorial debut with the workplace comedy, which co-stars Ben Schwartz, Steve Little and Josh Groban. Story follows three thirty-something friends who band together when their freeloading existence is threatened. Palicki will play Becca, a coffee-loving nurse who Howerton's character has a crush on."

Adrianne competed at IMTA in New York City in 2001 and in an interview with the IMTA Video Crew, she said,"It was amazing. I love IMTA. I'm so sad it's over." Check out this gorgeous photo of Adrianne when she was competing at IMTA:

Seann William Scott in Goon!

IMTA alum Seann William Scott stars in Goon, a feature film about hockey. The film will be in theatres next month but is available ON DEMAND February 24th! According to Cinemablend, "In the film, Seann William Scott plays Doug Glatt, a bouncer who is seen by all of his friends and family as a black sheep. But when he gets into an altercation at a minor league hockey game, he's invited to try out for the team and that's where the madness truly begins."

Seann William Scott competed at IMTA in 1995. Casting Director Patrick Baca encouraged Seann to compete at IMTA to showcase his talent. Seann signed with a manager at the Convention and flew immediately to New York to audition for the soap opera All My Children. Although he wasn’t cast on the soap, the break-through role of Stifler in the hilarious American Pie movies catapulted Seann's career into the hemisphere. He co-starred with fellow IMTA Alum Ashton Kutcher in the cult classic Dude, Where is my Car?, voices the character Crash in Disney's popular animated Ice Age movies, and starred in the #1 hit film The Dukes of Hazzard with fellow IMTA alum Jessica Biel. His string of hits also includes Role Models, Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back, Old School, Cop Out, and Balls Out: Gary the Tennis Coach.

Moises Arias in The Secret World of Arrietty!

Moises Arias is part of the all-star cast of The Secret World of Arrietty! It opened this weekend and is earning rave reviews! Moises is the voice of Spiller.

Moises competed at IMTA in Los Angeles in 2005 with his brother Mateo. Shortly after IMTA, Moises got his break with appearances on Everybody Hates Chris and The Suite Life of Zack and Cody before landing the role of Rico on the hit show Hannah Montana! He made his feature film debut in 2006 starring in Nacho Libre opposite Jack Black. He competed a

Celebrate Valentine's Day with Breaking Dawn Part 1!

Celebrate Valentine's Day with the most romantic movie of the year! Breaking Dawn Part 1 is out now on Blu-Ray/DVD! IMTA alum Ashley Greene stars as the much-loved Alice in the fourth installment of this hit film series.

Ashley competed at IMTA in 2004 and shortly thereafter, she moved to Los Angeles from her hometown in Florida on the advice from the managers she met at IMTA. Ashley began with guest roles on Crossing Jordan, MADtv, and Desire. In 2008, Ashley was cast as Alice in the hit vampire saga Twilight and began starring in movies such as Skateland, A Warrior's Heart, Butter, and LOL.

Ashley was recently on Live with Kelly promoting the DVD release of Breaking Dawn Part 1 and she even showed Kelly her runway walk! You can check it out right here on That IMTA Blog!

Tyson Ballou for Calvin Klein 2012

IMTA alum model Tyson Ballou heats up Calvin Klein's Spring 2012 Collection! As Kenton Magazine says, "Calvin Klein Collection just released photos of their spring 2012 campaign and all we can say is Tyson Ballou and Lara Stone are sure speeding up the winter thaw! Shot in black and white by Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott, the images are clean and classic Calvin Klein."

Tyson competed at IMTA in 1996 and signed with Ford Models and is now with IMG. He has appeared on runways and in ad campaigns for top designers, including Jil Sander, Emporio Armani, Moschino, Perry Ellis, Donna Karan, Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, Byblos, BCBG, Valentino Roma and Hugo Boss. He has also appeared internationally on the covers and in editorials of major fashion magazines including L'uomo Vogue, Jalouse, The Face, Harper's Bazaar, Arena Homme Plus, Visionaire, Numero and W.

Amy Acker on Grimm Tonight!

Be sure and catch tonight's can't-miss episode of Grimm! IMTA alum Amy Acker is the guest-star as Tarantella. According to The Huffington Post, "Acker has some serious geek cred, so it's nice to see her dipping a toe back into the genre pool as the titular Tarantella of the Feb. 10 episode of Grimm. But beware, admiring gentlemen: Judging by our exclusive preview clip, she's probably not the kind of date you want to take on a romantic midnight sailing trip."

Amy competed at IMTA in the nineties and industry great Patrick Baca was integral in scouting and launching her at IMTA. She was one of his callbacks and he cast her on in her first TV role on Hell House for MTV. She has starred on Dollhouse, The Good Wife, Angel, Happy Town, Ghost Whisperer, How I Met Your Mother, October Road and Law & Order: Criminal Intent. She appeared as Kelly Peyton, the assassin, on the series Alias.

Miles Heizner Update!

IMTA alum Miles Heizner has two exciting projects in the works! According to The Hollywood Reporter, "The Bravermans return to television with the 50th episode of Parenthood, marking the TV directorial debut of series star Peter Krause!"

Miles is also starring in The Arm, a short film which is an official selection of the 2012 Sundance Film Festival! Check it out right here on THAT IMTA BLOG!

Miles won Pre-Teen Male Model of the Year and First Runner Up for Pre-Teen Actor of the Year at IMTA in 2004! It was his success at the Convention that led to the family’s decision to relocate to Los Angeles, where he signed with the Stein Entertainment Group!

Jerry Ferrara in 7500!

Jerry Ferrara stars in the horror movie 7500! While a plane is crossing the Pacific Ocean it is overtaken by supernatural forces. 7500 will hit theaters on August 31, 2o12.

Jerry competed at IMTA in 2000 where he met a talent manager who encouraged him to move to Los Angeles. Jerry was cast in guest-spots on King of Queens, NYPD Blue and many other television shows and films before he landed the breakthrough role of Turtle on Entourage. Jerry also recently became a fantasy football radio host on Sirius.

Ryan Locke in If I Were A Boy!

Have you seen this excellent video by Beyonce? It stars IMTA alum Ryan Locke as Beyonce's police partner! Ryan competed at IMTA’s while he was still in high school and won Male Model of the Year! His exclusive contract with Nautica made him one of the highest paid male models in the industry and a celebrity figure.

You’ve seen him in every major fashion magazine modeling for such industry giants as for Michael Kors, Gucci, Donna Karan, and Versace! He was named Male Model of the year by the VH1 Fashion Awards in 1998. Ryan has crossed over into acting and appeared in various projects such as Supercross, Gingerdead Man, Life, Wanted and American Black Beauty. His first appearance in a feature film was in American Gun with James Coburn.
